Job Description

Senior Marketing Strategist – Game Publishing

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for game titles, ensuring alignment with business objectives, target player segments, and current market conditions.
Plan and manage the overall marketing funnel, covering Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, and Retention.
Define the Marketing Concept, Key Messages, and Communication Direction for each campaign.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, Content, Community, Graphic Design, Influencer Marketing, and Production, to ensure marketing plans are effectively executed.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization, rather than relying solely on assumptions or subjective judgment.
Manage campaign-level marketing budgets and continuously monitor spending efficiency and overall campaign performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing. Experience in the gaming industry or digital products is highly preferred.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with international partners and global teams.
Strong understanding of KPI setting, Marketing Funnels, and performance measurement, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Digital Marketing teams.
Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to make informed decisions regarding Marketing Concepts, Key Messages, and Communication Direction.
Proven ability to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies and campaign plans, from initial planning through implementation and performance evaluation.
